1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by ABN Edge India, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of ABN Edge India.

2. Services Provided

ABN Edge India provides a comprehensive range of IT services including but not limited to:

• Networking and Cybersecurity solutions
• Managed IT Services and support
• Managed Cloud Services and migration
• Cloud Strategy and Consulting
• Virtualization and Endpoint Management
• Infrastructure and Consulting services
• Data Center Modernization
• Data Connectivity solutions
• End User Computing Devices

The scope, pricing, and delivery of specific services are governed by individual service agreements or statements of work entered into between ABN Edge India and the client.

3. User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requested
• Maintain the confidentiality of any credentials or access provided to you
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services or infrastructure
• Promptly notify us of any security breaches or unauthorized use of your account
• Cooperate with reasonable security measures and requirements

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ABN Edge India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, website, documentation, and proprietary tools remain the exclusive property of ABN Edge India or its licensors. This includes but is not limited to trademarks, logos, software, methodologies, and written content.

Unless expressly agreed in a written service agreement, no license or right is granted to you to use any intellectual property of ABN Edge India beyond what is necessary for the receipt of contracted services.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship in accordance with the terms specified in the applicable service agreement. ABN Edge India reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services immediately if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms of Service
• You fail to make payments when due
• Your use of services poses a security risk to our systems or other clients
• Required by law or regulatory authority

Upon termination, your right to access and use our services will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

The parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes amicably through negotiation before resorting to formal legal proceedings. Any arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India.
